Tom’s Urban at LA Live Celebrates it’s 3 Year Anniversary with New Bites

At this point, we all know that traffic is a horrible venture that you wouldn’t wish upon your worst enemy, especially in Los Angeles.  However, if you’re in the Downtown area there’s a beacon of light known as an escape from all the chaos and a place where you can find solitude, that’s Tom’s Urban at LA Live. You’ll be able to find the best drinks and food to refuel your body after a long day of work attending an event at the Staples Center or the Microsoft Theater.

Tom’s Urban, LA Live

Tom’s Urban takes pride on their expansive menu that features so much variety, which is perfect for that group of indecisive friends. This month Tom’s Urban just turned three years old, happy birthday Tom! In celebration, if your name starts with a “T “ you get 50% off your bill. How awesome is that?

Kiss Me I’m Irish Mule

Did someone say drinks? Tom’s Urban has a full bar with a wide selection of beverages, but nothing can quench your thirst like their new Kiss Me I’m Irish Mule made with whiskey. Not sure how lucky you will be with just drinking one so be sure to order a few just in case.

Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Alright, let’s talk food! If you find yourself starving and need food PRONTO! Then, you might want to try one of these savory appetizers, like their Ginger Chicken Potstickers served with a Seoul dipping sauce, Crispy Brussels Sprouts that are tossed with red peppers and a Asian vinaigrette, or a crowd favorite that’s not so “mini”, Mini Mac n’ Cheese Pot that contains pork green chili carnitas, house made three cheese blend, and pico de gallo.

Pork Belly Bahn Mi Street Tacos

If someone were to tell you that love at first sight wasn’t real, they clearly need tacos in their life. Perhaps Tom’s Pork Belly Bahn Mi Street Tacos will do. With housemade pork belly topped with chili lime Asian slaw, pickled onions, jalapeño, fresh cilantro and chili mayo. Yum!

Campfire Brownie + Cookie + S’mores

If your body hasn’t entered into a food coma state, then I would highly consider getting some dessert. Perhaps the Campfire Brownie + Cookie + S’mores, a skillet with brownie batter and chocolate chip cookie dough served warm and topped with toasted marshmallows, salted caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. No campfire needed.

All in all, Tom’s Urban has a very inviting and chic atmosphere that is perfect for any occasion. With parking garage right below and late hours it makes for the perfect late night cravings. So grab your friends, family, and love ones and get to eating!
