Pie, pie and more pie, January 23rd is National Pie Day! Who doesn’t love a good pie? It’s the ultimate comfort dessert and that no one can resist when it’s sitting in front of them. The only thing that keeps me from baking a pie more often is the work. Some recipes can be a little challenging, from making fresh crust to creating your own filling from scratch! I don’t have time for all that. So I did a quick search to see if I could find super easy pie recipes. Like 5 minutes…okay maybe a little longer, but not too long. Here’s what I found.

In fact, you may already have the ingredients in your pantry. It requires more than 5 items, but the process only takes 15 minutes to make. That’s still pretty easy!

Where’s al my peanut butter lovers at?! You’re going to enjoy this easy peanut butter pie by How To Nest For Less. What I love about this pie, besides the fact that you can enjoy it within 5 minutes, is that you can also serve it as a fruit dip and just serve with graham crackers. Yum!
Easy Banana Cream Pie
With only five ingredients, in a short time you can enjoy a delicious banana cream by Cincy Shopper. Bake it for your next dinner gathering, your friends will think you spent hours in the kitchen making a delicious creamy pie for them. Banana Cream Pie is one of my favorite pies, I may have to try to make this delicious dessert this weekend.
